Our client, a leading manufacturing and packaging solutions company, is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to drive sales growth, account management, and business development. In this role, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the company’s overall commercial objectives.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in key account management or sales roles, preferably in manufacturing, packaging, or technical solutions sectors.
- Proven ability to manage accounts independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working autonomously while supporting overall sales objectives.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally for customer visits, trade shows, or project support.
- Technical or engineering knowledge is advantageous.
