Our client, a leading multinational in the food & beverage FMCG sector, is seeking a Regional Process Engineer to drive operational excellence and innovation across co-manufacturing partners in the APAC region. This is a hands-on role for a proactive engineer who enjoys problem-solving, optimizing processes, and delivering measurable impact across multiple production sites. The position is based in Singapore.

As a Process Engineer, you will act as the technical and operational bridge between co-manufacturing partners and internal teams. You will implement process improvements, support day-to-day operations, and play a key role in new product introductions and commercialization projects. Your work will ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness across the APAC production network.
